First, it's independent and fully anonymous. Structural, external, no names, no identifying data. That is what makes people honest and is what makes the data real.

Second, we have 1:1 conversations with every team member in the Snapshot, not just a survey link in their inbox. The conversation helps surface what the numbers can't.

Cycle 

With 3 Snapshots a year

 

The process is light - ~1h per team member. What it surfaces may not be. 

  • Day 1: Introduction & Surveys.
    Introductions, surveys, context, 1:1s conversations with each team member.
  • Day 2: Structured analysis.
    Survey data, 1:1s conversations with remaining team members, and Interruption analysis.
  • Day 3: Diagnostic synthesis.
    Full Human Stack report produced. Each tier scored Healthy, Warning or Critical. Delta Analysis for Snapshot 2 onwards. 
  • Day 4-5, Executive debrief.
    60 minutes. Findings, implications, prioritised recommendations and next steps.

    1 follow-up leadership call included on every Snapshot.
